Dear Sir or Madam,
The CLS Summer School 2026, titled “Climate Justice: Ancestral Future,” will take place from 1–10 July 2026 and offers a ten-day interdisciplinary programme with a strong focus on legal and regulatory dimensions of contemporary climate challenges. The course engages with key issues such as state obligations in the protection of international commons, the safeguarding of Indigenous rights and cultural integrity in the context of climate change, and governance challenges linked to extractivism and resource transitions. It is particularly suited for law students and early-career legal professionals interested in environmental law, human rights, and global justice.
We would be very grateful if you could share the attached poster with your students, either through your internal mailing lists, student platforms, or by displaying it within your faculty. We believe the programme may be of particular interest to students of law, environmental studies, social sciences, and related disciplines.
Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
Kind regards,
The CLS Summer School team
