ΘΕΜΑ: Πρόσκληση υποβολής αιτήσεων για συμμετοχή σε πρόγραμμα σπουδών σε συνεργασία με ξένα πανεπιστήμια (εκτός πλαισίου Erasmus)
Το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης (ΑΠΘ) προσφέρει στους φοιτητές/τριες του τη δυνατότητα να συμμετάσχουν ως φοιτητές/τριες ανταλλαγής σε προγράμματα σπουδών για ένα εξάμηνο, σε συνεργασία με τα κάτωθι πανεπιστήμια του εξωτερικού, στο πλαίσιο Συμφωνιών Επιστημονικής Συνεργασίας:

Προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής:
- Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι φοιτητές/τριες θα πρέπει να έχουν ολοκληρώσει κατ’ ελάχιστον το τέταρτο (4ο) εξάμηνο σπουδών τους (αφορά προπτυχιακούς φοιτητές/τριες).
- Ο συνολικός χρόνος σπουδών των υποψηφίων δεν μπορεί να υπερβαίνει τα δύο έτη από τον ενδεδειγμένο χρόνο σπουδών (ν+2).
- Απαραίτητη είναι η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Η γνώση άλλων γλωσσών των αντίστοιχων χωρών (πχ. κορεατικής, κινεζικής) θα συνεκτιμηθεί.
Διαδικασία υποβολής αιτήσεων:
- Κάθε υποψήφιος/α φοιτητής/τρια έχει το δικαίωμα να δηλώσει έως δύο (2) πανεπιστήμια με τη σειρά προτεραιότητας που επιθυμεί.
- Για κάθε πανεπιστήμιο απαιτείται χωριστή αίτηση (https://eforms.auth.gr/international-relations/blank-form-3-2-411-424-497-555-631/).
Διαδικασία επιλογής:
Η Επιτροπή Διεθνών Σχέσεων θα προβεί στην επιλογή των επικρατέστερων φοιτητών/τριών για κάθε πανεπιστήμιο. Η επιλογή θα γίνει με αξιολόγηση, βάσει αλγορίθμου, που αξιολογεί τη γενική βαθμολογία, τον αριθμό περασμένων ECTS έως το παρόν εξάμηνο και τη γλωσσομάθεια.
Οικονομική υποστήριξη:
- Λόγω της επιστημονικής συνεργασίας του ΑΠΘ με τα ξένα πανεπιστήμια, οι φοιτητές/τριες απαλλάσσονται από την καταβολή διδάκτρων.
- Ωστόσο, οι φοιτητές/τριες οφείλουν να καλύψουν μόνοι τους τα έξοδα μετάβασης, διαμονής, διατροφής και ιατροφαρμακευτικής ασφάλισης.
- Οι επτά (7) καλύτεροι φοιτητές/τριες, βάσει του αλγορίθμου, θα λάβουν υποτροφία 3.000 ευρώ.

Application Deadline: 20 Φεβρουαρίου 2026
Eligibility Criteria:
- Interested students must have completed at least their fourth (4th) semester of studies (applies to undergraduate students).
- The total duration of study for candidates must not exceed two years beyond the standard study period (n+2).
- A high level of English proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of additional languages of the respective countries (Korean, Chinese) will be considered an asset.
Application Process:
- Each applicant may select up to three (3) universities in order of preference.
- A separate application is required for each university (https://eforms.auth.gr/international-relations/blank-form-3-2-411-424-497-555-631/ ).
Selection Process:
The International Relations Committee will select the top-ranked students for each university. The selection will be based on an evaluation algorithm that considers overall GPA, the number of passed ECTS credits up to the current semester, and language proficiency.
Financial Support:
- Due to AUTh’s scientific cooperation with foreign universities, students are exempt from tuition fees.
- However, students must cover their own expenses for travel, accommodation, living costs, and health insurance.
- The seven (7) top-ranked students will receive a scholarship of €3,000.
