The XII International Academic Studies Congress (ASC 2026 / FALL) will be held on November 24-26, 2026, i
n Germany, hosted by Stuttgart Technical University of Applied Sciences.
Under the main theme of “
Smart Cities and Sustainable Societies,” the congress aims to provide an international academic platform open to researchers from all scientific disciplines, particularly social sciences, humanities, engineering, health sciences, and applied sciences.
The congress will be organized in a hybrid format, offering
both in-person and online participation options.
Publication Opportunities;
Accepted abstracts and full papers will have the opportunity to be considered for publication through multiple academic outlets, including:
Web of Science (WoS) indexed publication opportunities (selected full papers, subject to editorial and review processes);
SSCI Q1 offers publication opportunities for high-quality articles that meet the qualifications for a Special Issue or regular issue (following additional peer review and journal requirements);
TR Dizin indexed journal special issues;
ISBN and DOI assigned full-text congress proceedings.
In addition, the scientific and editorial processes will be conducted in line with the goal of Web of Science (WoS) indexing, and full-text papers are planned to be submitted for WoS evaluation.
For academics who need to apply for a visa to participate in Germany, it is important that the acceptance processes are completed in a timely manner. In this regard, submitted abstracts are evaluated through a peer-review process, and acceptance letters for approved studies are sent within a short period of time.

✅ Publications satisfy the requirements for academic incentive and associate professorship applications.
✅ Both Turkish and English publication options are available.
✅ Books prepared in English will be submitted to Web of Science for evaluation under the Book Citation Index (BKCI).
