The course is dealing with types of companies which are regulated by European directives and especially with companies limited by shares and companies with limited liability and the European Co. Only the law of these companies has been harmonized on a European level. The following subjects are covered: • The Companies’ formation of the organs (board of directors, general meeting of shareholders, auditors), of the administration, of functioning, of accountings, of dissolution and of merger of the above companies • The European Company.
